Frequently asked questions

Here are some of our most common questions we receive from our investors when going through the property sourcing process. If you don't see you're question on here please get in touch with us so we can answer any questions you may have and clear up any confusion.

Can I view the property before paying your finder's fee?

At Westerman Property Sourcing, we ask for the finders fee up front before revealing all the details to the investor.  This is simply because we know what we bring to our investors in terms of value and time we put in speaking to agents and sellers, viewing properties, due diligence and calculating the all the figures for each investment.

If the property isn't what I expected after I've paid the fee can I get a refund?

After you have signed the terms and conditions and paid the reservation fee, you will then have a 14 day cooling off period. During that time you can carry any extra due diligence checks you may wish and if you're not satisfied with the property we have sourced for you, we can offer you a replacement like for like property or a full refund. After the 14 days you are not eligible for a refund of the reservation fee.

This is an unlikely scenario as we carry out extensive checks on properties we source for our investors. We do not source deals for our investors that we would not invest in ourselves. So this gives our investors peace of mind in terms of the quality of the deals they are reserving from us.

What if I can't get tenants into my property?

At Westerman Property Sourcing we carry out thorough due diligence on the property itself and the area. We will not source you a property investment that will be difficult to rent out. Whatever the type of investment property we source you, there is always a recommended exit strategy on the property which we will advise when revealing the property to you after the reservation fee has been paid.


We can also arrange for a letting agent to find tenants for your property and also manage the tenants and rental collection once the sale has been completed.

What can I expect from Westerman Property Sourcing after I have paid the reservation fee?

After you have paid the reservation fee, we will send over all the details and documentation we have put together for the property. Then we will arrange a video call with you for a time that suits you, to go over all the details and give the address, images, recommended professionals we work with, depending on the type of property investment you have reserved from us.

After you have paid the reservation fee, you have a 14 day cooling off period. During this period we will be on hand to assist you with any questions you may have about the property. Simply drop us an email or a text and we will arrange a phone call / video call. We will be able to assist you up until completion of the sale or letting agreement, then this is the point we pass you onto the estate agent, seller or landlord completely.

How can I get access to your property deals?

All you have to do is join our investor list for free to receive emails containing property deals we have found and put together in a easy to read format, with a breakdown of all the figures.

Some weeks there will be more deals than others but that is the nature of what we do. We won't saturate your emails with average property investments. We will only send you quality investments that our worth our time, and most importantly your time. Our investors deserve quality investment opportunities that will make them a healthy profit and ROI%.
